Cotten Performance is a 6,600 square-foot facility that encompasses everything need to reach your training goals including traditional and non-traditional weight equipment, a medicine ball wall, turfed facility for speed and agility.

Nutrition
When participating in a nutrition consultation, you will be asked to complete a 3-day food log detailing all of your food and beverage consumption. Using this completed material, the nutrition consultation program will help you to identify nutritional dos & don’ts, and outline steps to improve your nutritional intake. You will walk away from your consultation with meal preparation tips, snack & smoothie ideas, and MORE!

Network
Justin Cotten owner and founder of Cotten performance has rapidly established himself as a go-to consultant in the athletic community for his success in plyometric training, improving throwing velocity, agility, and sprinting speed — while markedly reducing injury rates of the athletes he trains. Cotten personally evaluates all high school, collegiate and professional athletes and writes their individualized, comprehensive training programs.

Blaine Walling - has been training both everyday clients at neighborhood gyms and professional athletes for 7 years. Blaine is a certified nutrionist, and has a PES (performance enhancement specialist). Blaine also has a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) CPT (Certified Trainer) and HFS (Health Fitness Specialist).

Cotten Performance trains a large variety of clients. Some popular services are:

Corporate Wellness: Cotten performance can come to your your office or business setting and train individuals or groups.

Personal Training: We train everyone from body builders, youth, high school, college, and professional athletes, and anyone else looking to stay healthy.

Group Training: We train sports teams, employees, soccer moms, or any group that can be assembled of 5 or more.

Performance Enhancement: We offer performance enhancing sports specific training in Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Football, Track & Field, Tennis, Golf, Swimming, and Cross Country. In our facility we also have batting cages and pitching mounds and offer private instruction in baseball from ex-professional baseball players.

In-Office or In-Home Private Training: We will bring our equipment, workouts, and personal motivation to your home or office.
